TP Design Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TP Interactive website and services.

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

TP Interactive provides:

• Website Design
• Web Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Digital Consultancy
• Maintenance Services

All services are subject to individual project agreements.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Project pricing may change if project requirements change.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Remaining balance due upon completion

Late payments may result in suspension of work or services.

Ownership of completed work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TP Interactive reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio and marketing materials.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing required content
• Reviewing deliverables promptly
• Supplying accurate information

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect timelines.

TP Interactive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.

Projects may integrate third-party software, hosting providers, APIs, or services. TP Interactive is not responsible for downtime, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access
• Disrupt website operations
• Upload malicious content

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
